The official page lists 108 seats, or 27 tables. That capacity exceeds the fields at completed 2026 EMA riichi events, including Berlin with 92 players and the Dutch Open with 88.
The 2024 European Riichi Championship remains the larger benchmark, with 172 players in Valencia.
Eight hanchan over two days
The schedule divides eight 90-minute hanchan across November 14 and 15, with four rounds each day. Scores will be recorded with Mahjong Tracker. The tournament is EMA certified and uses the EMA Riichi 2026 rules.

Shiro Washi Taikai will take place in Warsaw on November 14 and 15, 2026. The seventh European Riichi Championship is then scheduled for August 5 to 8, 2027, in Katowice. They are separate events listed on the EMA calendar.
